Personal:

How did you start fencing?
I had just finished my black belt in Takewondo so my parents thought it would be a great thing to try.

What has been your favortie moment while fencing?
Winning the World Cup in Granoble, France.

What is your motivation?
Setting the individual goals for my self, and then trying to achieve them.

Who has influenced your fencing career and how?
My coaches Michael Marx and Sebastien Dos Santos because not only do they train me but also focus on the mental aspect of fencing.

What are your goals this year and in the future?
Go to college and what ever else comes my way.

How do you train?
I do alot of other sports besides fencing.  I ski, surf, stand-up paddle, longboard, and run.  I fence at my local club and travel to Portland for lessons.

What are some of the biggest hurdles / challenges you've had to overcome in your fencing career?
Getting over my self-doubt.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I like to paint and create artwork.
