On what it means to play for USA Softball: It is an honor to represent the United States. I am so grateful for this opportunity and it's a privilege to be able to play softball on the biggest platform possible. I'm also so humbled because the people who cam before me and wore the same jersey are what has given me this experience of a lifetime.
On what she enjoys most about softball: I respect the skill, competitiveness, and challenges that the game brings every moment. I also love the team aspect of the game and how the focus is on the team outcome over self. The game has taught me so much about myself as a player and person.
