Guided Tours: Saturday, 11 a.m., walk-in only
The approximately one-hour guided tour is open to the public and starts with a short video presentation at the Visitor Center. The tour includes an overview of the history, purpose and general facts about the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center. Tours are given on a walk-in basis with a maximum of 50 people. If you have more than 10 people in your group, please call the Olympic Training Center at least four weeks in advance to reserve a separate weekday tour for your group. Tours are also offered at various times during the week whenever a volunteer tour guide is available.
Self-Guided Tours: Daily, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Visitors are welcome to take a walk down the mile-long Olympic Path. Maps with points of interest are available at the Visitor’s Center. Please click on the link below to view our map of the Training Center. There is also a cell phone tour available for your convenience. Call 619-215-9070 from your personal cell phone to hear about our venues and athletes as you walk along the Olympic Path. Group Tours: Offered on varying days & times
Tours are available for groups, teams and students in second grade and above. The walking tour is one mile in each direction on the Olympic Path. Accordingly, it is ideal for children that are able to walk longer distances. There must be at least one adult per 10-15 children (depending on ages). Reservations are required at least four weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Tours are scheduled no more than eight weeks in advance to accommodate potential changes in our volunteer schedule. Call 619-656-1500 for more information or to make a reservation.
Team USA Shop
The Visitor Center contains our Team USA Shop, where more than 100 different Team USA-branded items are available for purchase and proceeds from all sales support U.S. athletes. The funding is especially important because the U.S. Olympic Committee is one of the only National Olympic Committees in the world that does not receive government funding. Both the Team USA Shop in Chula Vista and the Team USA Shop at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center are proud to accept only Visa for the purchase of all official Team USA merchandise.
