2013 Team USA Communications Workshop

The 2013 Team USA Communications Workshop will take place Sept. 11-13 in Colorado Springs, Colo. The biennial event is a professional development tool, as well as an opportunity to increase communication and collaboration between and among communications professionals from the United States Olympic Committee and National Governing Bodies.

Travel and Lodging

Accommodations for the three-day event will be provided by the USOC at the U.S. Olympic Training Center (double occupancy). Alternate accommodations are available at the Antlers Hilton Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs for a rate of $150/night plus tax. Hotel reservations must be made no later than Monday, Aug. 12 using the booking code TUCW13 via AntlersColoradoSprings.Hilton.com.

The cost and booking of alternate accommodations and any required air travel is the responsibility of the participants and/or their NGBs. Please complete and send flight itineraries to TUCW@usoc.org no later than Friday, Aug. 30.


All participants are required to complete registration by Monday, Aug. 12. Before beginning the registration process, please have the following information available: accommodation information and your arrival/departure dates. For specific questions about registration, please email TUCW@usoc.org.
